Alexandra Watson is the co-founder and executive editor of Apogee Journal, which won a 2022 Whiting Literary Magazine Prize, and for which she received the 2019 PEN/Nora Magid Award for Literary Magazine editing. She holds an MFA in fiction writing from Columbia, and a BA in English from Brown University. Alexandra is a full time Lecturer at Barnard College. She has had poetry and fiction published in The Nation, The South Carolina Review, The Rumpus, The Common, [PANK], Redivider, Nat. Brut., Yes Poetry, and The Bennington Review.
